.Welcome to another “Three of 3 on A Tuesday”. I will have THREE things or links of 3 topics for you to visit/read every Tuesday to either showcase tutorials, inspirations, random daily thoughts or it could be any fabric/notion sales running that particular week. So for today, here are the THREE of 3 things:

3 Articles I Read and Loved

  1.  A definite must read : I love all the things Jodi said in this article about slow projects.
  2.  One of my favourite quilting blog turned 10 years! An inspiration to me as a quilt blogger. I will be posting an update on the blogging review sometimes in July or August. My last one was earlier this year HERE if you want to read about that. I will also be hosting a FREE “start a profitable craft blog” too very soon (projected early August). Be on my newsletter list to be the first on board.
  3. 5 tips on buying fabric online. As an online fabric buyer, I personally agreed with all the points made. Check out the 3 shops I love below too.

3 online fabric shops you may want to check out

  1. I love this shop for the bundles. If you are looking for the perfectly curated colored bundles, I highly recommend this shop. Check out this curated bundle, perfect for a quilt, ready for you cut and sew.
  2. Sweet, sweet fabrics. Surely enough if you are looking for sweet bundles of fabrics –this is the shop to check for. All the fabrics makes me say awww… little florals, tiny, cute, whimsical – ticks all that. Use code THANKYOU18 for 20% this 2nd-4th July!
  3. I used to love buying from here, but these days they seem to only sell in bulk. Though I still love the variations of fabrics. I love buying knits and other types of fabrics from them too. I think if I were to buy in more yardage, it’ll still be worth it. (They don’t ship to Malaysia, so I use MyUs to ship it)

3 things that I am looking forward to this week

  1. Redoing our garden bed. The cycle for the current crops has ended and I am about to move my garden to the back of our house with more garden beds to be made this week. New crops will be planted in August since July is a full work schedule (something I am not looking forward for :P).
  2. Bullet Journaling, I ordered Erin Condren for July 18- December19, but the shipping took too long due to wrong route, and although it has reached now to my MIL’s, it didn’t reach in time when I was there to take it. (we live in a rural area, where posting to our home is difficult, so I use my MIL address). Nonetherless, I am enjoying another month of Bullet Journaling – I think I am to use both at the same time, cause I love the flexibility of bullet journal but I love the patterns and the look of EC planner. Both functional and pretty! If you want to try EC planner – use this link to sign up and get $10 off.
  3. Sewing more of the Kingfisher Hexagon Flowers! I have been loving looking at the little scraps I have for the hexagons. They bring back memories of the quilts made form those scraps.

What are you looking forward to this week?
